In order to bring you a bit of French culture, we have chosen gastronomy, this noble and traditional art that, aiming at your stomach, really tries to reach your heart.

Good food is, first of all, good products.

Culinary art is an important art in every traditional culture, but to sublime it you need good, fresh products.

The Chef selects all the products he uses in his recipes with great care.

Where possible, we prefer local sourcing, relying on a network of Polish specialists.

Antoine Lopez

Antoine, originally from Poitier (region of New Aquitaine), is a true cooking enthusiast.

He took his first steps as a cook in brasseries and traditional French restaurants to consolidate his skills.

For several years he worked in catering kitchens and in high-quality mass catering.

In order to develop and nurture his passion for cooking, he evolved in restaurants with 1, 2 and then 3 Michelin stars. These experiences brought him rigor, discipline and innovative and perfect culinary techniques.

In his new restaurant "Le Petit Paris", Antoine will offer you the opportunity to taste authentic French cuisine with traditional roots.
